Heating & Cooling: Maintenance Agreement

This acknowledges that Progas LP & Supply, Inc. agrees to service the furnace and air conditioner twice per calendar year for the customer whose name and mailing address appears below. Progas LP & Supply will provide a thorough inspection and cleaning for the air conditoner in the spring and the furnace in the fall. Progas LP & Supply, Inc. will provide a furnace filter each visit.

The maintenance will be performed for an annual fee. Should the serviceman find anything that needs repaired and the customer agrees to do the repair, the rate will be charged per hour plus the cost of parts.
